Located in Lafayette's desirable St. Mary's/Burton Valley area, you will be nestled in privacy yet just minutes to BART and the 24 Freeway!
It has a large tranquil FELLY FENCED and FLAT backyard with kids play areas w Trampoline/Swings.

Brand New Chef's Kitchen Fully Stocked. Central Air Conditioning/Heating to keep you comfortable year round. Fully furnished with brand new designer furniture items.
Other things to note
Play Area & Back yard lots of fun for families. There is a Owners lock-off suite+storage space (nothing shared) on the property (separate driveway+entrance) which is reserved for the owners' use and is not part of the rental. There are no tenants on the property and the review that mentions noise is INCORRECT, please contact us to clarify. There are deer, wild turkeys, neighborhood cats that sometimes roam around the exterior property -- really fun to watch if you are lucky enough to see them !
Surveillance or recording devices on property - EXTERIOR only 3 RING Video surveillance devices will be ON during your stay. Location is on EXTERIOR front (2 devices) +rear patio (1 device) of the building recording exterior only video+audio.
