    We do ask all guests to respect quiet hours after 9pm since the home is located in a very quiet family neighborhood. Note: Exterior only 14 surveillance cameras record EXTERIOR only Video and Audio, location on all exterior corners of the building.

    This is NOT a party house. This is a private home in a quiet residential neighborhood. The neighbors will call the police on any parties. We'd love to host you for your family vacation or business retreats.

    Note: 5th Bedroom Suite has a full kitchenette and is accessed via exterior door. It is physically separate and makes for a great office/working space or if privacy is needed.

We came from Omaha to take care of business for my Mother’s Funeral. We were able to have a private home to relax. It was our home away from home for 9 days. Nash was extremely helpful. The home is elegant, modern and really allowed us to visit with family and friends. I would stay here again. We loved the kitchen. We brought in a personal chef who loved preparing for us. Our Family of seven stayed at this property and it truly suited our needs. The Lafayette location was centrally located for our activities in the area and Our proximity to BART was excellent, making San Francisco easy to access. The accommodations were very nice and we would highly recommend.
