"The key mashine was not working for at least a month. Only gave us one key. If you left the key in the room, someone from reception had to go up with you to open the room for you. Sometimes you had to wait a long time because there was only one staff member with the hotel in its max occupancy. Some members of the staff did not have any urgency to help with the situation. "

"Overall this a an awesome hotel to stay at whether you’re traveling for business reason or personal reasons. I have stayed at this establishment on multiple occasions because of the staff and property. My last stay was an horrible experience and when ask to speak with the manager no one was available. I would stay again but never on the 4th floor room 421 the lights completely went out 4 times over a 2 day stay. Overall nice property and the Mexican restaurant in walking distance is A-1"

"Jay and Tracy are amazing hosts and full of knowledge of the area. Very amenable to any requests and just friendly people. The place is very cozy and comfortable with everything you jeed. The pool and hot tub were a bonus. "

"We traveled with our elderly cat, Lola, and stayed here for 5 days while visiting family. The beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible. We did laundry and cooked a few meals. Overall a great experience and we would stay here again."
