Room was freezing whewwww. Staff was friendly. Except the bartender. My bed did need new bedding on arrival but was remedied quickly. But we played with that thermostat daily and it was Still freezing.

I enjoyed the hotel. It was in a great location and the rooms were lovely. They had construction going on but I was able to use the gym at the Hotel Monte Leone. I would recommend this hotel.
