"Hotel dei Duchi in Spoleto offers a wonderful, quiet stay with a great location for sightseeing that is very walkable to all the main historic attractions. The property is spotlessly clean and making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the town. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a fantastic selection of delicious options to start your morning. Best of all, everyone on the staff was remarkably friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our entire visit."

"The Hotel is Okay, definitely no worth of the name GRAND Hotel. There is nothing Grand about it. It is a decent place for a short stay. Very small rooms with Balcony. I will show you a picture or what they consider a balcony. Nice outside pool. The Staff was very nice. If you go to the Restaurant do not expect a traditional Italian food but tiny portions of something they have to explain in order for you to know what you are eating. No worth the money. Much better food just outside a 3-5 minutes walking."

"Beautiful, tranquil, unique Villa perfect for exploring the area. Terni itself is an unassuming Italian town which lets you immerse yourself in Italian life, we were probably the only English people there. It’s the perfect base for exploring the beautiful Umbrian hilltop villages and towns nearby. The Villa was perfect for my family of 6. The gardens and pool are fantastic and well equipped with plenty of space for everyone, we would have happily not left the Villa for 10 days!Alessandro before we arrived, and then Stefania during our stay, were incredibly helpful and communicative, and responded to any queries and sorted out any issues very fast. Stefania is also an amazing chef, and we were lucky enough to go to her home restaurant one evening, the food was outstanding, it really was a unique and special evening for us."
