Our flat is located about 50 metres from the cliffs of the Atlantic Ocean. Breathtaking coastal footpaths lead right past our flat and one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the Algarve with its crystal-clear water awaits you after a 5-minute walk.
Our holiday flat is very well equipped and has 2 large terraces, one of which has a sea view. So you can enjoy the sun at any time of day.
The flat is divided into two separate areas, each with a spacious bedroom, its own bathroom and its own large terrace. In the centre is the spacious living and dining room with open-plan kitchen, which will invite you to socialise.

About us: We are always available for you by phone or e-mail. We have been renting out our three private holiday flats in different countries for several years. As we spend our holidays in our flats ourselves, they are really well equipped and modern.
What makes the flat special: The special thing about this holiday flat is its location in the beautiful Vale de Centeanes, which is characterised by its tranquillity, its play of light and the many hours of sunshine that come with it. Up to 3200 hours of sunshine per year ensure carefree beach days here, even in winter. The shell limestone cliffs, ranging from light yellow to ochre in colour, surround the bay and make it a unique experience at any time of year and in any weather.
The well-known holiday resort of Carvoeiro with its numerous shops, restaurants and bars can be reached in approx. 20 minutes on foot via a beautiful cliff path. There are two supermarkets, restaurants and a café in the immediate vicinity.
The living space of the flat is approx. 90 square metres and is particularly suitable for families or couples thanks to the 2 separable areas.
The flat can also be booked for 2 people. It is also ideal for wintering, as it has a modern heating system with heat pump technology in all rooms.
