Ideally located in the centre of town, close to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants.
This spacious ground floor apartment / condo offers a spacious open plan lounge and dining area with free WiFi and smart TV. Sliding doors open up to a large west facing terrace with picturesque views across Carvoeiro village and some sea view - relax on the sun beds or enjoy a late afternoon sundowner with a meal outside!!
There is a fully equipped kitchen complete with oven, gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster as well as built in dishwasher and a clothes washer/dryer so you can travel light.
There are two bedrooms with ample storage in fitted wardrobes with mirrored doors and you’ll also find a fitted coded safe for your valuables. The master double bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a bidet and the twin bedroom a bathroom with a walk in shower.
Both bedrooms can be made up as double beds or two singles according to your wishes.
There is also the possibility of using the sofa bed in the living room.
Amenities include hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
The apartment is fully air conditioned and there is a dedicated secure parking space in the underground car park where you’ll also find beach chairs for your use.
Carvoeiro is a fantastic destination offering an abundance of excellent restaurants in a characterful and charming town.
The welcoming ambience makes it ideal for families during the holiday season or anytime for couples and retirees outside the peak seasons.
Close by is some of the most stunning coastline in the Algarve which can be enjoyed on the Carvoeiro boardwalk or on boat trips from the beach.

Stayed here a week, great balcony and space. Two bathrooms which was perfect for our group. Perfectly clean and excellent location! Not noisy at all and we got the afternoon sun. Only thing that wasn’t obvious from the photos is that the balcony is next to balconies on either side so it is not completely private but it was not a problem and we loved it!

We stayed at the house for a week. The house was really lovely, very spacious and it's situated so that the sun is on the terrace from lunchtime all through til the evening! It's within a couple of minutes walk to the shops, beach and restaurants which was great but because it's higher up, you can't hear all the hustle and bustle. Kitchen had all the amenities, the house had really good AC, large bedrooms and both bathrooms were spacious. The terrace is large, has a lovely table, outdoor sofas and a few sunloungers, plenty of room. All in all, a great stay, would definitely stay here again if I come back to carvoeiro!

Loved the apartment. Family of 4 and we spent a lot of time on the patio. Kitchen had every appliance and lots of odds and ends to make snacks and salads. Plenty cutlery and glasses so only had to dishwash every second day. Apartment is right in the middle of the hustle and bustle with restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shops on the doorstep. Beach is also very very close. Location outstanding. The underground garage was also a huge plus. One downside was that finding the apartment was not clear. Maybe the apartment number on the key box would help.

Communication fluide et réactive avec notre hôte. souplesse sur les horaires d'arrivée et départ appréciée. logement fidèle à la description. propre et bien équipé. En février la résidence étant très vide nous avons pleinement profité de la terrasse (j'imagine que l'été la promiscuité avec les terrasses voisines des autres appartements doit plus se faire ressentir puisque les murs de séparations sont bas). le seul petit bémol par rapport à la description a été que l'ouverture de la porte du garage dysfonctionnant, il convenait de se garer dehors pour plus de simplicité. Aucun problème à cette saison car il y avait des places de parking disponibles dans la rue plus haut ( a noter rue en pente pour accéder au logement et de nouveau en pente dans l'autre sens pour accéder au places de parking).

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, klimatisiert, verfügt über zwei Badezimmer und eine riesige Dachterrasse, auf der man abends herrlich sitzen kann. Zudem gibt es einen Tiefgaragenplatz. In 5 Gehminuten ist man am Strand, Supermärkte und viele Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Der Check-in verlief problemlos, die Wohnung wurde zur Halbzeit komplett gereinigt. Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern in der Wohnung und können diese sehr empfehlen.
