Situated in a coveted location, this villa allows you to explore the picturesque town of Carvoeiro on foot. Just a short drive there are excellent golf courses, the famous Benagil caves and the seven hanging valleys walking trail.

The property has electric gates and alarm, there is a private driveway with space for several vehicles.

On entrance to the villa you will be welcomed by an impressive sweeping staircase leading to the master bedroom with en suite bathroom. There is a private terrace to enjoy the views across the valley to the sea. On the lower level there are two twin bedrooms both with sliding patio doors to the pool and garden area. These bedrooms share the use of the family bathroom with bath and walk in shower.

The open plan kitchen and dining area is modern and light and also has access to the exterior dining area and BBQ. Two small steps lead down to the sitting area which is cosy and light with wood burning stove for winter nights. There is an entrance WC for convenience.

Externally there is a private swimming pool (10x5) with optional heating available. There is plenty of space for sun loungers and umbrellas.

The house is fully air conditioned, and the bathrooms and kitchen have recently been renovated.
