Vivenda Vista Alegre, a 3-bedroom 2-bathroom villa with swimming pool, is located in Sesmarias, close to Carvoeiro. Sesmarias has a few cafés, restaurants and also a convenience store just a short walk from the villa which is ideally suited for families.



The professionally-cleaned accommodation consists of three bedrooms; two bedrooms sharing a bathroom and a master bedroom with an en-suite. The property is suitable for four adults and two children as the third bedroom has bunk beds.



The large open-plan living/dining area includes a large television with access to multi-lingual channels and there is free Wi-Fi and internet connection.



The fully-fitted and equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, etc. The bathrooms and kitchen have been tastefully renovated and the villa is complete with a log-burning fire.



The villa offers an ambiance and standard not usually found in rented accommodation.



The swimming pool has a private terraced space surrounding it, to the rear of the villa and there is a charcoal barbecue.



The village of Carvoeiro is a short drive away and offers a host of cafés, bars, shops, numerous superb restaurants, a beach and various activities such as boat trips to the vast array of caves and caverns in the area, a scuba diving centre, kayaking, pedaloes and much much more. The village also hosts many open-air musical events throughout the summer months.



Lagoa is also very close with several large supermarkets where you can stock up on favourite items and a modern shopping mall with clothes shops, domestic outlets and restaurants is 20-minutes away.



There are three water parks in the Algarve, all within a 30-minute drive of the villa. The closest, Slide and Splash is just 5km away. Some may have a shuttle service offered so check with local ticket outlets.



If you are an animal lover, Lagos Zoo is also only a 30- to 40-minute drive away with the monkey islands being a great favourite with children.



We strongly advise you to take out comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover, personal belongings and public liability.



No stag/hen parties or similar groups are allowed.



No excessive noise between the hours of 11pm (23h00) and 7am (07h00).

Fantastic villa

We liked everything about the villa - this is our second stay there and found the location so relaxing - the amenities within the villa were excellent and comfortable . The area was very quiet and the supermarket at the top of the road had everything you needed - local restaurants on the top road were great value for money and had very wide varied menus and were within walking distance . Nothing - everything we needed was available

An Algarve villa escape

What a stunning villa located in Carvoeiro. It is spacious and modern but has not lost its traditional Portuguese charm. Everything you require has been thought of and it’s the perfect place to escape and relax. The views of the surrounding farmlands are stunning and sitting on the veranda outside watching the sun set after a day of exploring the beautiful coastlines are just perfect. I am not sure if the washing machine is working properly. After selecting a wash that should take 1hr35 it was still going after 4 hours.
