This beautiful villa is located within the Boavista Golf and Spa Resort in Lagos. The property has 3 bedrooms (1 double and two twin-bedded rooms), a sofa bed in the lounge, and accommodates up to 6 people. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is also a toilet on the ground floor.



The villa is 170 m², sits on a large plot. The property has garden views and located very close to the communal swimming pool. It has been built and furnished to a high standard.



There are reduced rates if you wish to use the indoor swimming pool, gym, spa, play golf or play tennis. The resort also has archery, an outdoor children’s area, and there are other sports as well.



The accommodation has a lovely garden with outdoor garden furniture, a terrace, gas barbecue, and free use of the communal swimming pool. In addition, there is an iron, free internet (Wi-Fi), air conditioning throughout the house and television. In the kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, hob, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.



The property is located close to the Boavista golf course reception, Spa and the resort restaurant. The wonderful beaches of Lagos and Praia da Luz (with numerous restaurants) are just a short drive away and supermarkets are also close by.
