From here, step out onto a stunning wraparound balcony along the south and west sides of the apartment, furnished for outdoor dining and perfect for enjoying sunsets, Black Rock and the ocean backdrop.
Downstairs there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom features beautiful sea views and direct access to a large southwest-facing balcony — ideal for relaxing on a sun lounger and taking in the scenery. The second bedroom also opens onto this balcony through French doors, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow. Two bathrooms add extra convenience for families or small groups.
