Wonderful 2 bedroom townhouse located in the Torraltinha neighborhood in the western side of the popular city of Lagos, in the fantastic Algarve.
This townhouse is set in a quiet and accessible neighborhood, just 4 minutes from the town's historic center and 1 minute from the Porto de Mos beach (by car).
The townhouse has 2 main floors and comprises living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one with standing shower and one with bathtub), 3 bedrooms (one with double bed, one with 2 single beds, and one with 2 bunk beds) and balcony. The outside area has a small entrance patio garden and a backyard patio perfect for outdoor meals in the Algarve's glorious weather.
The townhouse comes with access to the communal shared pool, and parking is ample and free.

House felt somewhat neglected and would benefit from a thorough cleaning and re-equipping.

Although the property was as described it had been poorly cleaned, with dust and a floor that gave us black feet and felt gritty. We also thought the kitchen was poorly equipped, missing a kettle, toaster, sharp knives, only one coffee mug and having frying pans with peeling nonstick surface which made them unusable.The grill didn't work properly giving only a low flame. The downstairs shower room had a shower hose with no shower head making it unusable.
