The apartment has a spacious lounge/dining room with a terrace that overlooks the pool and has views to the marina. The terrace has comfortable outdoor furniture, ideal for sunbathing and el-fresco dining.

Main features are wifi, air conditioning and cable TV allowing for remote work as well.

The kitchen is fullly equipped and the en-suite double bedroom, twin bedroom and shower room complete the space.

Guest Access:
Guests are met on arrival for access.

Guests must advise an estimated arrival time in advance and contact the host to confirm when leavinng the airport or 30 minutes before arrival.

The Neighborhood:
The location is prime as there is free on-street parking next to the complex and a supermarket for all your shopping across the road.

The marina is accessible on foot where a variety of restaurants are found and coffee shops and bars for after morning walks or evenings out.

There is a footbridgee to cross the river where the promenade along the river offers activites and bazars for souvenir shopping or excursion outings, available at different times of year.

The city centre is just a short walk along the river where the local fish and vegetable market is located, pastry shops with the must have local pastries and more restaurants to enjoy as well as the local commerce and street festivities, especially during the summer.

The Meia Praia beach is approximatly 1km from the apartment and more beaches fort and castle near the city centre. These are all within walking distance but if you have a car, or take a taxi or uber to stunning and reknowed beaches such as Porto de Mós, Ponta da Piedade and along the coast for sightseeing all the way to Sagres, the most southwesterly point of Europe (approximately 30 minutes).

Getting Around:
The marina, beach and city centre all all within walking distance, including the Pingo Doce Supermarket.

The train station is on the marina and the bus station is across from the marina.

Taxis and Ubers are an option for close proximity areas and the city bus can be an option but routes are more frequest in the summer.

Other Things to Note:
The apartmnet is also an excellent option for remote work and winter stays with heating (air conditioning), internet and cable TV.
