  • 4 bedroom villa with pool, on the prestigious Boavista Golf and Spa Resort in Lagos.

    Features include:-
    Air conditioned throughout, a heated* pebble pool with corner entrance steps and dolphin floor design, electric pool cover plus pool shower. Mosquito nets and electric shutters on all windows. Underfloor heating in all bathrooms. Electric entrance gates with intercom, parking for several cars on the drive.

    The villa has been tastefully decorated. On the ground floor you find a fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances and door leading out to the private rear lawned garden which is ideal for sunbathing. There are also 2 twin bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs.

    The lounge has patio doors out to the front terrace, a feature stone fireplace with gas fire and plasma TV. A large archway leads to the dining area, with table and chairs for 8 and patio doors out to the terrace.

    An open stone staircase leads from the dining area up to the 1st floor and 2 further double bedrooms, 2 with private terraces and 2 further bathrooms.

    The nearest golf is on right on your doorstep, Lagos Centre just 3.5 km, the beaches of Porto de Mós and Praia da beach are a 5 minute drive and the nearest large supermarket is just 2km away.

    *Pool heating facility is available at a cost of 250 Euros per week

    This villa would make the ideal home from home for families, couples, friends, golfers and non golfers alike due to the facilities both on the resort and in nearby Lagos and Praia da Luz.
