## Space
This Spacious Two Bedroom apartment is situated in the popular Marina Park complex.
There are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and a separate shower. The master bedroom, which has direct access to the large terrace, has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower. In our study we have an extra sofa bed that sleeps 2 extra kids (no adults).
The apartment has a large kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you need to make a quick snack or create a four-course meal using some of the fresh produce that is available from one of the many local markets. The open lounge dining area is a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing or chilling by the shared pool in the complex. The terrace has some lovely views where you can have your evening meal or late-night drink, soaking up the warm evening sun. This is a great place to enjoy with friends or family. If cooking is not for you then why not try the restaurant that is on the complex.
Nearby there is a small supermarket, bus stop and train station.

## Neighborhood
There are plenty of walks within the area, including the “Pilgrims Walk” to the Ponte da Piedade. You can take a local bus from the nearby bus stop to explore more of Lagos and its surrounding villages. Portugal is steeped in history from winding cobbled streets to its great explorers and enchanting small fishing villages. For a more modern feel why not relax at one of the many bars and restaurants while the sun sets over the Marina where “old meets new”.
Meia Praia is the longest beach in Lagos and is only a short bus ride. For those who like to walk it should take about 20 minutes. With more restaurants along this stretch of beach you can spend the day relaxing and enjoy a delicious meal.
Close to Lagos is a variety of activities and sights for all ages. These range from water parks to zoos, through to historic monuments and challenging hikes and biking trails. There are three golf courses within close proximity to Lagos, making it an ideal location for your base.
The West Coast with its very rugged coastline is also very popular for surfing and some would say with some of the best beaches in the Algarve.
## Transit
You have both a local and national bus service as well as a train service near the centre of Lagos, so getting out and about is quite easy. Due to the location of the property, there is no allocated parking, however there are paying facilities nearby should you wish to hire a car.

We enjoyed our 13 day stay. East walk to the marina & old town. The apartment is huge and the terrace views are amazing. Comfortable beds & plenty of closet space.
We enjoyed our stay, great location. Cookware needs to be updated and air conditioning leaks water all the time. Over all it was great, just need a little fixing of these things. Would recommend to everyone
The property was spacious and kitchen well equipped, about 15 mins walk from the marina.
Down side was apartment did not get the sun which in the hotter weather would be a bonus as it will not be too hot, but when you are after the winter sun it’s a negative. Lovely view of the hills from the balcony nevertheless.
Need to be physically fit if don’t have a car.

Spacious apartment, great amenities, great location.
One of the most spacious and well equipped apartments I’ve stayed in. Fabulous pool and bar facilities on site and great location for shops, supermarket, marina and beach. The lady in the shop near the complex was really friendly and polite.
Couple of negatives /young member of staff at the reception in the complex . Not overly friendly and not experienced enough to provide information on bus services , train services , walking routes etc . Maintenance was a little slow to react to a couple of issues in our apartment.
We had a lovely stay in this apartment. It was bigger than we thought it would be. Just 2 of us staying here.
Kitchen - all equipped, used washing machine a few times, dishwasher great. We stayed for 2 weeks, so used the kitchen equipment quite a lot. Only thing missing was a pair of oven gloves and scissors.
Walk down to the Marina was about 20 mins, lovely area. Lots of restaurants. To walk over to the old town about a further 10 mins walk. Lots of restaurants and shops.
The pool area is lovely and clean, lots of sunbeds, bar and snack food available. A very short walk from the apartment.
We had hired a car so could explore further, we were not disappointed.

This is quite a large apartment, with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a den and a well-equipped kitchen, including a clothes washing machine, which was welcome. The dining area and living room are both a good size. The balcony runs the whole width of the apartment and overlooks the development's pool area and green space beyond it. While there were only two of us, this unit could easily accommodate four people comfortably, and there was baby equipment there as well. The pool area is nice with quite a large pool, a children's pool, and plenty of space for lounging. The apartment was clean with comfortable and attractive furniture.
When I booked this VRBO, I assumed that Marine Park would be close to the marina, but that is not correct. It is about a 25 minute brisk walk to the marina and the downtown area and a fairly strenuous uphill walk back to the apartment. We welcomed the exercise, but for anyone with mobility issues, there are plenty of taxis around for transportation.
Our stayed started out a little rocky.... We locked ourselves out before we even brought in our luggage. Probably best if 2 keys left in lock box or 1 key left off site.
Place has great view of fields and hills in the distance.
Well equiped kitchen however could use 2 new frying pans.
Comfy beds with nice pillows. Lots of towels and basic soaps. Nice black outs.
Not sure about the throw covers on the sofas though seemed like a poor thing to have done.
Quite far from town, about 1 km to town via marina bridge although it made for a quiat location.
On our last day i forgot my meds and did not realise that untill we reached our next destination. I was able to contact "rental valley" who managed the property and who assited me in retrieviing them for me. Well done, many thx.
This was our 3rd time staying in this exact condo, and it was wonderful as always. Clean condo, upgraded shower, all the amenities (Kerig coffee pods, spices& cooking utensils), and just steps from the beach. Taco Tuesday at the onsite cantina was excellent, and the staff are so sweet. Property manager is very responsive and friendly. Definitely will be returning next summer! Thank you for an excellent and much-needed vacation!
Very nice apartment with a very well equipped kitchen. Only a pod style of coffee maker which I don’t like, so purchased and donated a brew type.
Easy 20 minute walk to old town and Pingo Doce for groceries. Check out Garcias wine store across Pingo Doce for a nice selection and great prices on your wine etc needs. Lovely well kept grounds.
Great open view from the large balcony. Only issue is that in winter you don’t get any direct sun for additional warmth. Heating system works well. Free parking available on the private street outside the units.
VRBO charges are getting out of hand.
Wir waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden, ein großer Balkon mit Blick auf die Grünanlage und den Poolbereich.In der Whg. hat es an nichts gefehlt war super eingerichtet.Lediglich das es kein Tiefgaragenstellplatz gibt ist für Personen die mit eigenem Auto anreisen schade.Aber das wußte man ja vorher.Vielen Dank an das Team in Lagos.Liebe GrüßeLeonel und Familie
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wohnung ist wirklich groß. Es ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Balkon ist 2,5 x 12 mtr. groß. Liegt allerding immer im Schatten. Es gibt 2 Fahrstühle. Was uns sehr geholfen hat, da sich meine Schwester am 3 tag 3x den Fuß gebrochen hat und wir einen Rollstuhl hatten. Hat aber gut funktioniert. 2 Fernseher. Allerdings nur Portugiesisch. Konnte aber ohne Probleme mein AmaPrime Netflix aktivieren. Muss man am letzten Tag natürlich zurücksetzen. Bzw. wieder abmelden. Und Sprache wieder auf Englisch oder Port. In der Küche hat uns nur genervt das alle Messer so stumpf sind das man nich mal eine Tomate schneiden kann. Mal 1-2 neue Messer oder Messerschärfer wären schön. Und die Messer bitte nicht in die Spülmaschine. Im schönen Bad hätte ich mir eine Ablage in der Dusch gewünscht. Man muss Alles auf den Boden stellen.Bis auf diese Kleinigkeiten waren wir sehr zufrieden. Auch die Poolanlage ist sehr sauber und man bekommt auch Kleinigkeiten zum essen. Vorm Haus findet man eigentlich immer einen Parkplatz. Wenn man in die Anlage fährt rechts rum und dann das erste Haus rechts und der erste Eingang nach der ersten Kurve. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.
Das geräumige Apartment in einer sehr gepflegten Wohnanlage hat meiner Freundin und mir sehr gefallen.
In der Nebensaison ist es ruhig, sowohl im Haus, wie auf der gesamten Anlage. Das Zentrum von Lagos ist problemlos zu Fuss erreichbar.
Der einzige Nachteil der Wohnung ist das Gebläse der Klimaanlage/Heizung auf dem Balkon. Da es zwar in "Schrank" versteckt ist, aber direkt neben einem der Schlafzimmer angebracht ist, stört es wenn das Gebläse läuft.

L’ appartement est grand, très propre et bien aménagé. Il est aussi pourvu d’une magnifique terrasse. Il est situé dans Le Marina Park, un beau site proposant une très belle piscine.
Zusammenfassend und kurz gesagt, alles bestens, sehr gut eingerichtet, gute Betten. Da die Sonne nicht auf dem Nordbalkon schien, haben wir uns kurzer Hand vor der Eingangstür die Sonne genossen.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einer gut gepflegten Anlage. Die Altstadt ist in 20min zu Fuß erreichbar. Zustand neuwertig und sehr schöner sehr geräumiger Balkon. Die Position des Schlüsselkastens sollte dem Gast aber mitgegeben wir mussten suchen. Reinigungszustand der Küche war schlecht der Rest der Wohnung mittel.
