Spacious and contemporary accommodation on three floors, with open plan living area consisting of modern fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge with plasma screen TV, DVD and Free WiFi.
The lounge patio doors open onto a balcony overlooking beautiful views across to the sea. The balcony also has a table and chairs for alfresco dining. The ground floor courtyard garden provides seating and a BBQ area.
The three double bedrooms are served by two newly fitted bathrooms and the spacious ground floor bedroom opens onto the courtyard garden. The second bedroom also has patio doors opening out onto its own balcony enjoying the sun and looking out toward the sea.

We spent a wonderfully relaxing week in Casa Magarida. The house is perfectly situated for a beach holiday,very spacious and well equipped. Restaurants, shops, pharmacy and even the doctors are nearby.
We would like to come back.
Good although hot water heater did not work properly, and amount of stairs hard.
The lodging was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed,
We spend two weeks with three children there. It was great. Our Children used two bedrooms. We (parents) the third one. We felt very comfortable. The flat has everything you need. Big table on the kitchen. Big table on the balcony. The place is great. You are in five minutes walking on the beach. You find a lot of different restaurants and bars arround the place. And even a small supermarket (PLUS) is nearby. For bigger shops you need to drive to Lagos (15 minutes). We had no problems to find a parking space nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Margarida! The townhouse was immaculate, comfortable and spacious with beautiful sea views! The proximity to beach and promenade with the many cafes and restaurants was so easy and close! Would definitely do a return visit! Lovely and clean, all equipment you could possibly need, lovely position in the town, close to amenities (Obviously, there is some noise as it is in the centre so only people walking past etc.
Super place and we hope to be back. It is so well stocked in the new kitchen. Beautiful sea view. Our only constructive feedback would be to have some beach chairs, umbrellas to borrow.
Felt like home away from home. Even in July without A/C it wasn't too hot especially with the fans going. Amazing views, very well equipped kitchen and a quick walk to everything we could want in Luz and a quick drive to Lagos. The host was very accomodating of our large family of varying ages. Keep in mind that there are lots of stairs (3 stories) made of stone that is pretty slippery so especially younger and older family members need to be careful.
We’ve visited Luz a number of times and were unable to stay in our usual rental on this occasion. We are so pleased we found this place instead! It is a really lovely house and is obviously well looked after by the owners. The kitchen has more equipment than any other holiday property we’ve ever rented! It has everything you could need if you’re self catering but is also ideally located if you want to walk to nearby bars and restaurants to eat out.
There are lots of lovely touches in the living area which is spacious and comfortable. The veranda terrace provides a sea view and has sun beds as well as a table and chairs for eating al fresco.
Both bathrooms are really clean and there is lots of instant hot water so you don’t need to rely on an inconsistent solar heated supply.
We had a really great time staying here and as long as you don’t mind the stairs between the 3 floors, there is everything you need to make your stay relaxing and super comfortable. It’s only a really short walk to the promenade and beach too. Highly recommend.
Schönes Reihenhäuschen, sehr sauber. Alles da was man braucht. Schöne helle Wohnung. Sehr zentral zu den Restaurants, Läden und zum Strand. Haben kein Auto gebraucht, da alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzig das Internet war nicht so optimal. Das könnte schneller sein. War beim Homeoffice ein kleines Manko. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt
Communication with the owners was prompt and the information thorough. We loved having plenty of space and use of a washing machine. The location allowed us to walk to the grocery, restaurants and the beach and with a short drive, play golf at several excellent courses. Convenient parking behind the unit. Lovely place to stay. We would love to come back.

Casa com excelentes condições, muito bem equipado e com todo o conforto para se ter umas boas férias em família.
Localização excelente, perto de supermercados e praia. Única coisa que pode ser menos positiva é o facto de ser uma casa que tem muitas escadas, tanto dentro de casa como para sair e entrar de casa, mas para quem não tem problemas físicas ótima casa.
A deux pas de la page et des commerces, une location impeccable avec draps, serviettes de bain et de plage fournis et ménage inclus. Le lieu est superbe avec des ballades vers Lagos où vers burgau et salema. De belles vagues dans lesquelles sautées…

House extremely well located. 3 minutes from the beach, supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants. Very well equipped house, like everything you need for a few weeks of holidays. Upstairs is the living room with a balcony overlooking the sea and the very well equipped kitchen (open space). 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the middle floor. On the ground floor is the other bedroom with outside space and with door to the street and a bathroom. We liked a lot.

Schönes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in zentraler Lage - zu Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Zu fünft haben wir, verteilt auf drei Ebenen, zwei wunderbare Wochen in Luz verbracht. Der Wohn- und Essraum ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verbundet den Balkon mit Meerblick und die Küche. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und bietet reichlich Geschirr und Besteck. Die Bäder sind ebenso gut und großzügig. Die Lage des Hauses in Luz besticht durch Strandnähe und die kurzen Wege zu den Supermärkten und zum Fischgeschäft.
Der Strand von Luz bietet viel Platz und schönen Sand.
Das Haus und den Ort können wir für einen Strandurlaub wärmstens empfehlen.

Erholsamer geht nicht
Traumhafte Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung. Gibt zwar immer ein wenig zu kritisieren, aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut. Wohnzimmer im Dachgeschoss mit offener Küche und Balkon mit Meeresblick, Meeresrauschen inklusive. Herrlich, besser kann der Morgen nicht beginnen und der Abend zu Ende gehen.
Im 1.Obergechoss sind zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. Aus dem einen Schlafzimmer hat man einen ähnlich schönen Böick wie im Dachgeschoss auf das Meer und die Kirche von Luz.
Im Erdgeschoss gibt es noch ein Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. Aus dem Schlafzimmer kommt man auf die Terasse, die abends zum Grillen sehr gut geeignet ist.
Vom Ferienhaus aus kommt man in fünf Minuten zum Strand. Wer die richtig sehenswerten Strände Camillo, Figueras, Tonel und so weiter sehen will, fährt maximal eine halbe Stunde mit dem Auto.
Einkaufen kann man fußläufig bei Spar oder Baptista. Was fehlt, oder wir haben ihn nicht gefunden, ist ein Fischer mit frischen Fisch. Wer frischen Fisch mag, sollte vormittags nach Lagos in die Markthalle fahren. Da gehen einem die Augen über.
Der zweite Aufenthalt an der Algarve war wohl einer unserer schönsten Urlaube, die wir je gemacht haben. Auch wegen der Unterkunft.
