Villa with swimming pool - Praia da Luz- Lagos

This spacious property is situated conveniently between Lagos and Luz, in an area close to all facilities, being a ten minute drive from the center and beaches of Lagos, and only a short drive to the Beaches in Praia da Luz. The A22 Motorway for the Airport at Faro or towards Spain is only a five minute drive. The property is off the main Lagos/Luz road and stands back some 200 yards with only slight open incline at the rear. The property backs onto the BelaVista Golf Facility, which is only a few minutes drive from the Villa. The property is conveniently situated only a two minute drive from the Main N125 Road to Sagres & Portimão but secluded from it.

The Villa comprises five double bedrooms, four of which have en suite bathrooms the fifth has a bathroom with shower and full facilities. There is a large lounge & seating area, dining room and large kitchen. The villa can sleep up to 10 people. Steps lead down to the Swimming Pool & BBQ area with toilet and shower.

Die Villa war die Base für das Team eines Fotoshoots in der Algarve. Perfekte Lage und durch 5 en suite Zimmer super geeignet für unsere Zwecke. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Besitzer.

Villa is perfect for group of friends or family and the pool have a perfect panoramic.

I was amazed how big is the villa. All rooms are big including the kitchen, bathrooms and living room. The kitchen have everything you need. The pool has amayzing view. If we have any questions the owner help us all time. The distance until the sea is 2 km. The only inconvenient is the ants but we take care to don't let food outside

Elegante y amplia casa muy bien situada

Muy buena semana. La casa muy grande con amplios espacios. Enorme cocina y buenos cuartos de baño. Solo poner pegas a la limpieza que nos hubiera gustado q fuera mas a fondo...cajones, muebles cocina. Por lo demás perfecta y recomendable.

Lovely large villa , great space , great location close to Lagos

The villa has great space and good pool area , BBQ and a large kitchen but all the bathroom plumbing needs help and the showers need to be replaced with fixings on the wall , and tap washers replaced . There needs to be nicer linen and beach towels and maybe a cleaner mid week some of the beds need securing. But we loved the outlook and the feel of the villa.
