This condominium complex mostly consists of private residences, and guests are expected to respect the calm and tranquil environment of the property.

Please note that this complex has strict no noise, no parties, no glass around the pool, no pool toys, no jumping in the pool, no disturbing the peace in the common areas/pool area, no ball games in the pool area and families-only restrictions. any guests who book and fail to comply with these rules may be evicted.

To comply with legal requirements, upon booking we shall send to you a blank SEF form for you to complete and send back to us prior to your arrival. It is a mandatory requirement.
