"Rental staff was responsive to our calls and emails. The home was exactly as pictured. Our family had a wonderful time."

"The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. We tried to turn it down to 66 and eventually 64, and I have a temp meter and the room was reading 80 degrees at night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn't open the windows because all of the screen were either not there, or bent and it let in mosquitos. That was the biggest hang up to making this trip 5 stars."

"The direct oceanfront studio is wonderful, watching and hearing the ocean waves was so relaxing. We spent a lot of time on the roomy lanai. There is everything you need, having full size refrigerator is a plus. Lahaina Shores is a great location, close to great restaurants and shopping. We will be sure to come back again!"

"Condo was very nice - Dave the property manage was very quick to respond to any and all questions. The ocean view was worth it! We did see a turtle every evening, one evening saw a whale with her calf, and was able to see the Atlantis submarine. Air conditioners in each bedroom that you could set. Was a perfect place and would come back to this same spot again!!!"

"Love the ocean front view and Lanai. The resort has gotten some updates and they are all good. The pool, grounds, beachfront, location, AC, and room were all very pleasant. The mattress was firm and my husband enjoyed that. I enjoyed opening the doors every morning to that view, and clean air. Thank you"

"The perfect getaway!! Sisters, came in from Colorado, Texas, and Arizona. The house was in a great location. Everything you needed was provided. "

"The view and location here are unbeatable! Right on the ocean, and close to everything in town. The most well stocked VRBO I have ever stayed in, everything you needed was available in the kitchen, several garbage bags, dishwasher and laundry pods, you usually only get two of each of these things. Beds were comfortable and the showers were really cool. We had some issues with the AC when we arrived, but the property manager Kevin was very responsive. Only suggestion is for condo owners to purchase new living room furniture. It's starting to show wear and tear, and two of the recliners do not work. "
