Sea&Carruggi is a well-renovated apartment located on the first floor of a building in the center of Laigueglia, one of the most charming seaside villages on the Ligurian coast. At just 31 square meters, the space is compact but smartly arranged, making it a comfortable retreat for up to three guests, with the option to accommodate a fourth if needed.

The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and two additional single beds, as well as a living area with a double sofa bed, giving you flexibility depending on your group. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, and a separate freezer, so you have everything you need to prepare meals at home after a day at the beach. The bathroom is complete with a shower, bidet, and WC.

Climate comfort is well taken care of year-round: the apartment has autonomous heating, a heat pump, and air conditioning, keeping you cool in summer and warm during cooler months. A smart TV provides entertainment, and fast Wi-Fi is available throughout under the network name Sea&Carruggi.

Essential linens, towels, and soap are provided, along with a bathroom courtesy kit including shampoo and personal care accessories. A hairdryer is also available.

Check-in is completely self-managed between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM, with access instructions provided in advance. The electrical panel and key lockbox are both located in the ground-floor entrance hall, behind a white panel, which is also useful should you need to reset the power during your stay. Check-out is required by 10:00 AM.

Pets are welcome. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, and parties or events are not allowed. Guests are kindly asked to follow the building's waste disposal schedule: from June to September, bins should be placed outside the building entrance between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM; from October to May, between 7:30 PM and 9:00 PM.

Laigueglia's historic center, known for its characteristic narrow lanes called carruggi, local restaurants, and the beach, are all within walking distance. The apartment does not include a dedicated parking space, so guests arriving by car should plan accordingly and check local street parking availability.
