"Casey was attentive, she welcomed us and thanked us for staying. Fortunately, we had no issue for her to assist because the accommodations were well prepped, clean and everything expected was there. She even went above and beyond by leaving us some fresh bagels with homemade jam and a parting gift. We especially enjoyed the peaceful environment, the scavenger hunt and the wildlife in the yard. I highly recommend this property and hope to have the opportunity to return. "

"We had a wonderful time in this sweet cottage! Gorgeous view of the mountains! Well decorated and massively equipped with many extras…coffee, spices, laundry soap, doggie bags, etc. Beds, pillows and furniture were all very comfortable! Best rocking/swivel chair ever! We had many discussions about whose turn it was next! Our younger boys’ loved the loft and really enjoyed climbing up and down the ladder. Cathedral ceilings make the cottage seem a lot bigger than you would think. We’re a family of five and we didn’t feel crowded at all. The yard was a great space for our dog. Screened in porch was comfy and a very relaxing/peaceful spot to have our morning coffee, especially while viewing the beautiful mountain tops. We all loved watching the cows as well! Just a wonderful place overall, honestly can’t say enough about how perfect of a Thanksgiving Holiday we had as a family! And to top it off Ms. Julie delivered our order of fresh produce, grass fed meat and the most amazing homemade cheddar sour dough bread we’ve EVER had from her Family Farm Store! We will definitely visit again! "

"We had a tremendous stay at Jo’s Lake Bowen Retreat. Jo was very responsive to all the questions we had during our visit.The house truly has everything required for an enjoyable and relaxing time. The view and outside areas, including the dock, were a wonderful bonus for us, especially for the fishing enjoyment of our three grandchildren.We used the house as a base for my granddaughter's state band competition—which they won! We will definitely be looking to rent again in the future."

"This location was quite peaceful. Inside was clean and well organized and thoughtful designed. It was cozy, tranquil equipped with just what we needed after a long day hiking. The shower was roomy for my 6’ husband with plenty of hot water the bed was comfortable neither too hard or too soft just relaxing. Would not hesitate to stay again host was easy to communicate with and ready to help if needed. "
