The property was very clean and provided with all the necessary items for the stay. But the Aircon is missing in this Property, which is quite disappointing for us on the summer trip!

Updated apartment with modern feel and comfort. Views of the beach were amazing, Even able to spot whales! Shops and takeaway close by made it easy. Contact with owner was very good and friendly to talk to. Pool and hot tub was great. Nice and quite area. Highly recommend to stay

We stayed on the 1st floor which has beautiful ocean, coastline and sunrise views. The apartment looks to be recently renovated in a beautiful beach theme and is equipped with enough kitchen stuff to cook up a meal. The beach and river mouth is across the road and there’s also a food truck called Sunshine’s at lake Cathie in walking distance which makes a great toaster and excellent coffee. I will be staying here again for much longer this time.

The property had a real homely feel to it unlike the usual highrises we've stayed at. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet as well. Lake Cathie is such a beautiful and quiet place to relax and the beach across the road was so convenient. Everything you need is close by and there's always Port Macquarie not far down the road. This was our first stay and will definitely be back.

Such a beautiful property right on the beach. Lovely owner who was so helpful. Property was lovely and very comfy and beach was stunning. Pictures don’t do this place justice - it’s fabulous!

The location is fabulous and the hosts were extremely friendly and had some great suggestions regarding local eateries, etc. The pool is a lovely addition and suprisingly big. The sofa bed needs updating, it was rather uncomfortable! A few fix ups of things such as blind fittings would also help but a great place overall. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Perfect location, right on the beach and an easy 10 minute walk to a variety of shops (or 2 min drive). The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Matt was lovely on arrival and made sure we were aware of amenities (including pool) and local food options. Unfortunately we only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer.

What a fantastic place for a holiday property. Right on the beach and we watched whales from the balcony. Matt was an excellent host, friendly and laid back, and the apartment was well equipped and comfortable.

The property was well decorated and just across the road from the ocean. It contained everything one expected and hen some (e.g. DVD player and about 50 DVDs). We arrived early but were unable to contact reception or management. Contact was made after about 40 minutes.

Meet by amiable host, Matt. Quick run down on where to eat etc. Comfortable flat (great bed) Nice to be lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves. Neat & tidy. Tasteful decor. All necessities provided. Opposite the beach (fitted in 2 beach walks) Lovely balcony & breeze from top floor unit. All in all would highly recommend for a short or a long stay.

The rooms have a great view of the beach across the road and you can hear the ocean while you sleep. The owner was very welcoming and there was a good homely atmosphere.

Delightful spot!! We were warmly welcomed by Matthew who helped us with our bags to our room and gave us the run down for the apartment and the area. We were upstairs which was lovely - probably less privacy on ground floor with guests parking at front. Beach literally across the road (close to flags for swimming season) Room had pod coffee machine, good supply of tea/coffee etc Tim Tams and lovely toiletries. The spa was amazing!! Highlight of our trip!!
