Big Fam Lodge consists of three beautiful adjoining townhomes in a row—Lazy Lime, Midnight Moon, and Peacock Palace. Together, they create the perfect getaway for large groups or families.

### The Accommodations

- Chic décor: Each townhome is thoughtfully designed with modern, cozy décor that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Sleeps 24: Each townhome accommodates up to 8 guests, making Big Fam Lodge ideal for family reunions or vacations with friends.

Lazy Lime, Midnight Moon, and Peacock Palace all feature:
- Bedroom 1: A comfortable queen bed.
- Bedroom 2: A queen bed plus a bunk bed for extra sleeping space.
- Living area: A pull-out couch that converts into a queen-sized bed.

- Private outdoor spaces: Each townhome has its own private backyard, perfect for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, or evening gatherings. Plus, enjoy some friendly competition with our cornhole set.
- Charcoal grills: Each backyard includes a charcoal grill for a delicious BBQ experience.
- Shared fire pit: Gather around the shared outdoor fire pit for cozy evenings, roasting marshmallows, and storytelling under the stars.

We welcome guests from all backgrounds! However, we do have a few guidelines:
- Bookings are only accepted from verified platform users with positive reviews.
- Renters must be 25 years or older.
- No pets allowed.
- Each townhome accommodates up to 8 guests, for a total of 24 across the three units.
- No events, parties, or large gatherings are allowed. We respect our neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment. A maximum of 24 people may be on the property at any time.

Please note:
- The units are not baby-proofed.
- Since the townhomes are adjacent, you may hear some noise from other guests.
- The two bedrooms and a full bathroom are located upstairs, while the first floor has a half bath and a sleeper sofa. This setup may not be ideal for guests with accessibility needs.

### Check-in & Check-out Info

- Detailed check-in instructions and key codes will be sent via platform messenger on the day of arrival.
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Central Standard Time). If you arrive late, please be mindful of noise.
- Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Our cancellation policy is outlined in the platform listing.
