The parking lot was not well lit. The lobby was closed when we arrived. The first room we were given was occupied. Fortunately the lock worked so we couldnt enter and get shot. However, the second room we were given had no working locks on the door. We left and went to another hotel immediately. The desk clerk would not give us a refund, saying that we paid through expedia.

HJ stay not so good
Shower was horrible, dirty. Remote taped together and did not work for TV. Had coffee in room but no cups. In Lobby next morning had no coffee or tea, very limited tiny donuts and bagels and white bread for toast but no cream cheese only butter.

This place falsely showed pictures of room that wasn't even close to what they look like. Four different rooms and each one had something wrong.Air condition taped up with more than one color tape, towels that looked like someone cleaned up with after doing wild things, trash in cans smells in each room, hair in toilet and bathroom. And don't even get me started about the roaches. The name doesn't fit and should not be used for this porptery.

Dreadful. The night porter was sleeping in the lobby/breakfast room when we went for breakfast at 8am. He then hurriedly set up the breakfast while we waited- no knives so we had to use a spoon to spread butter. Hotel being refurbished but should be closed while the work is carried out. Staff member at check in was friendly and helpful.

Love the room size. Very Comfortable. The lamp beside the love seat, at the bottom of the lamp was filthy. The Breakfast was very limited. Never in my life have I ever seen Bagels so small in size. They were the same size, of a bag of little donuts. That was the size of the donuts also.

I stay in Lake City hotels 5-10 times per year. This business should be closed for repairs and cleaning. Here are the high/lowlights: * large room. Holes in walls that appear from fists. Hole in ceiling, with hanging paint chips/drywall. * strong urine smell that would not go away in bathroom. It was like the sewer/septic was coming back up the pipes enough to make you nauseas just walking in the bathroom. * TV was non functional. Staff fixed it after about 30 mins but stopped working with the same problem by night #2. * electrical cords hanging from outside roof rafters down to the grass. * cockroaches spotted on the second night * no towels for the second night even after asking the staff * 45 mins after breakfast starting, nearly all food was gone. I actually mixed pancake batter myself for my family because we were not able to find any staff that morning * someone was sleeping in the lobby. Not sure if it was staff since the desk was un-manned for the entire breakfast hour or a homeless person. * no breakfast offered at all on day 2. Staff was actually present, so I asked why not? Answer was they can’t get in touch with the general manager and they are out of stock. Lie. I mixed pancake flour that came from a multi pound full bag and there was plenty of syrup the previous day. Hard to believe this property can even be open for business. There is no way it would ever pass an inspection.

You get what you pay for I guess, but this is more like an off brand “motel” than anything else. Very run down, bathroom was in horrible shape, hallways gross, extremely thin walls… I am happy with the cost but that’s about it. Good enough for getting 7 hours of sleep but that’s about all.

Shabby.
The living space was fine, but the bathroom was very very shabby. The walls were bubbling. The lever on the faucet on the bathtub for turning the tub into a shower was frozen in the shower position. The tub itself was of questionable cleanliness. The refrigerator desperately needed to be defrosted. However, despite just these discrepancies, of the three Wyndham hotels I stayed at on my trip, the Days Inn and an Independent, this was the best.

The room felt dirty. We requested a non-smoking room but you could smell the smoke coming through the walls.There was a patch in the bathtub that made it feel like it would be difficult to be clean so I didn't want to take a shower. The associate the checked me into my room messaged me on Facebook Messenger and I thought that was inappropriate. I found a hair in the bed when we pulled down the sheets.

This place looks like an old rundown motel six. It was dirty they were bugs in the bathroom bugs in the bed. The TV didn’t work and the shower felt like a waterbed I was afraid I was gonna fall through the floor while showering. It was so bad we had to leave after the first night of our three night stay. I would say go to the La Quinta across the street.

We had no power so i had to leave earier lot a lot of money because i left. My room floor had what looked like blood, one bed had the same blood stains so i sleeped on the other, and my Mom's room leaked, ceiling a mess bathroom nasty. A little maintance this place would be great. Great location food wise. The owners were very good to us. Would i stay again no. But it's the only place left. I felt dirty.

Was not in anyway what was advertised on website. Worst hotel I have ever been too. The smell was so overwhelming it took your breathe away. Bed covering was completely covered in stains and burn holes. Vomit in the hallway. Holes in the wall. Tobacco covered the staircase and hallway.
