The automatic pancake maker was fun to use in the morning... the staff went out of their way to answer any and all questions we had about local dinning and attractions. On the down side the phone automation for the room only worked for the TV ... by the end of our stay there was still 1 light that we could not figure out how to turn on. The handicapped shower is also grated incorrectly... more water wanted to run out onto the floor then down the drain.

This is a newer property so it’s neat and clean. We booked 2 nights and the 2nd night was 100.00 more than the first. I’m not sure how that works but we were there so we paid it. The first night was good and very quiet however the second night was full of teenagers running up and down the halls and making a lot of noise. Apparently they had booked most of the hotel for some event. I don’t think we will ever stay there again. I think it’s overpriced for what they offer and not up to what I would expect from a Hilton hotel.

Regarding the price, our rate is based upon the hotels occupancy and availability. So your first night, the occupancy was low, which allowed a lower rate. But, the second night, hotels occupancy was higher , which led to a higher rate. Again, we would like to thank you for your stay and honest feedback.

Feb ‘24 stop
Great customer service at checkin / out. Only two issues…bed frame sticks out too far - dark color so too easy to run into - both of us have bruises from hitting the corners. Also need side chair beside the desk chair - not easy for two people- have to sit on bed - really nice pool and outdoor bbq area.

Easy night
Front desk staff were great. Room is efficient but more of a veneer of updated. The furniture looks better than it is, that kind of thing. Lobby is lovely and the gym has more in it than you’d expect. Shower was awesome, and water was hot in all taps immediately. Bed was decent, but there’s no such thing as firm pillows in hotels and longer, I guess. Super noisy all night and the windows don’t offer much by way of insulation. Easy location on and off the highway and plenty of restaurants and shops.

The water heated quickly. The temperature was easily adjusted in the room. bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. Should have oatmeal for those trying to avoid gluten. Also should have a non dairy option. Checking in and out with the app was easy. Get your ice bucket downstairs as there isn’t one in the room.

Not What It Used To Be
We have stayed at this property many times over the years and have always found it a perfect stopover. Unfortunately, this trip left us questioning where we’ll stay next time. We entered an empty lobby and had a luke warm welcome and were not offered water. The TV in our room advised that the subscription to basic channels (TV) was not renewed and we were unable to watch any football games (women’s all-star wrestling was our sports option). My husband called reception and was told to watch in the lobby but those TVs had no further coverage. Breakfast was a smaller selection and bagels were hard and wet.

Stay was nice not happy with the pet charge Calling company as it was never disclosed by front desk and I paid Thru hotels.com for room. Also could not have breakfast as there was none ready and several outside workers in dining area no space.
