"When went our room the smell was extremely disgusting like animal urine and musky. Front desk was very helpful, they switch rooms 3 times each room had bad odor. We did not stay we checked out. Management said they would reach out to hotel.com for a refund for us. I hope you will give us our money back, the rooms were terrible. So different than when we stayed in 11/25."

"The room smelled of cigarettes and there were cockroaches. I changed rooms and now there are only cockroaches. Those were the worst 14 nights I could have stayed there because they ask for a cash deposit and only give it back at the end of your stay. Air conditioner just cold works."
