"Jessica made our check in so easy. She went above and beyond to provide us with the best customer service possible. We are so very grateful for the accommodations we were given. My one and only true complaint about this hotel location is there isn’t enough handicapped parking spaces. Parking is awkward so if you can drop your guests and baggage off in front of the front door but if you’re by yourself and you have luggage and your handicapped good luck with parking closest to the front door. "

"It always surprises me to see a hot springs resort in the middle of a city but what a sight to see! The resort is well laid out and offers so many different tubs and pools to choose from that you often feel like you have the place to yourself."
