"This is a no frills boutique hotel in a much older building and traditional Suisse style. It’s in an excellent location. If you like large rooms and bathrooms, this is not the hotel for you. Bathroom is a cruise ship for squeezed into the space to offer a private bath for your room. The rooms are also very small. No AC. "I was really disappointed in this property. The only thing that was excellent were the employees trying to make the stay worthwhile. The Tv did not work properly, The fireplace in the room would have been romantic if it worked. The breakfast offered did not compare to other hotels stayed at, which were much more reasonably priced. The new spa is beautifully appointed. The staff was amazing. They tried to make up for all the shortcomings of the property. Extremely disappointed in the amount paid...
