"Quite community with friendly neighbors, easy access to town and waterways. Great communication from owner. Nicely appointed property with everything we needed for our stay. Games and gaming table for when the sun went down and weather moved in during our stay was nice addition. Fire pits, covered patio and carport, fish cleaning station, and convenient water access for outdoor activities. Boat launch at Georgia Boys less than a mile by vehicle or boat. Easy drive for a day in St. Augustine just little over a hour. "

"This property is absolutely beautiful. The house was cozy and immaculate. Beautiful screened in porch to watch the Sandhill cranes and wild turkeys. It was just perfect and only 20 minutes to everything. AMy family had an absolutely wonderful time. "

The home needs to be professionally cleaned. The home itself is a very nice home.The pool needs to be power washed and the patio furniture needs cleaned. The backyard dock is also not as pictured. The dock railings are not in placeIt was decided between the host and I that we could not stay there and we left the property. "
