"All staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms and common areas are decorated per early 1900 theme so interesting. Several places to relax and visit or read both indoors and outdoors. The breakfasts that are included were excellent. No air conditioning but a fan was provided. The rooms are not totally soundproof so I heard people in the neighboring room very early in the morning ( before 6 am), talking and watching tv"

"I would stay there again but I think people should know there is no air conditioning in the place. The pictures make it look like the hot tub is connected to where you stay but it's actually behind the owner's house and they don't replenish toilet paper if you run out. The price was really good, is very well located, and it suited 8 of us pretty well."

"This property was exactly what we were looking for. It felt private but was within very short driving distance of so many hiking trails and other amenities. We would definitely love to stay here again!"

"We were on the top 3rd level. The atmosphere was so quiet and peaceful. The mountain scenery was beautiful and we loved watching the wildlife. The deer came so close to us. And we got a video of mama bear and baby bear that climbed up into a tree. Rick was friendly and seems to put alot into the maintenance. Our room was clean and we slept well. Thanks, we would return."
