3 bedroom with pool near everything, close to launch ramps, great pool for after lake, lots of offstreet parking for boats etc, great patio for barbecuing, nice landscaping , house fully furnished and ready to enjoy havasu.

5 Stars for the Price

Really just used as a crash pad while working media for boating event on the lake. Didn't even have a chance to use the pool or backyard. Nice property. A little older and simply furnished, but functional and comfortable. If I paid $500/night, I would've been disappointed, but it was 5 stars for the price. Also a little far from the lake, but again... relative to price. Enjoyed the stay. Beds were comfy. Had everything we really needed. Would probably rent again.
