Welcome to this fabulous house in Lake Havasu City. This newer property features 3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 1 king bed, perfect for a comfortable stay. With amenities like AC, heating, a washer and dryer, fireplace and WiFi, guests will have everything they need. The house comes with access to the community pool and Pickleball courts. Minimum stay is 30 days We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. Please note that you will not have access to the RV garage during your stay. No pets allowed. Ask about discount for booking multiple months.
