  • This Home has 2 spacious bedrooms and 1 game room/private room that sleeps up to 10 guests, with three bathrooms, totally remodeled kitchen with everything you need to entertain or cook a meal, awesome living room with flat screen tv and surround sound, great dinning area that seats six plus a breakfast bar that seats two, 3rd bedroom has been converted to a game room that includes a full size pool table, stereo system, flat screen tv, seating area with bar stools, table, chairs plus a full size futon and bunk beds with full on bottom and twin on top. There is also a full size Washer and Dryer Machine. This house is 1.5 miles to downtown Havasu and 2.5 miles to the London Bridge. There is also a huge back covered patio with Bar b Que and table with chairs, not to mention the large front covered patio. Special note, the garage is off limits to guests. Come enjoy yourself at this awesome house with all the amenities for a awesome value!
