Best Condo in King's Landing

My family and I take an annual vacation to Havasu every year and have stayed in four different condos at Kings Landing. From the set up of it to how nice it was, and where it was in relation to the water, everything was top-notch. The bed the pillows were all super comfortable as was everything in the condo. We will definitely be booking our next stay in this condo.

Perfect location, we walked everywhere. The condo was decorated beautifully and well stocked with everything we needed. Mike was easy to communicate with and left perfect instruction on the condo, activities and restaurants. We will definitely stay again!

Havasu Balloon Festival weekend

Channel view stay!

This place was awesome. It was in the perfect location we were able to walk to the steakhouse cha- bones right across the street. I’d definitely recommend this condo! The communication between the owner was great as well.

Lake Havasu

The condo was excellent, nicely decorated, excellent location, gated parking was a plus. We would definitely stay there again! Two things I didn’t care for, the king size bed was extremely high off the ground, but it was very comfortable once you were able to climbed onto it and the tile floors looked clean, but after walking around with white socks on they were filthy when they were removed.

This property was exactly as described. We were pleasantly surprised by the lighting of the bridge the day after Thanksgiving. Will definitely stay here again when going back to Lake Havasu.
