Good value, great location

This is an older property with renovated rooms. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done for a short stay. The location is great as you're about 1 mile from the water and 1 block from downtown shopping and bars. My only complaint would be the bath towels provided were small, stained, and mismatched.

Clean, comfortable and convenient. This 1-bedroom unit was just what we needed for this brief business trip (volunteers with the American Red Cross). Met the hosts, who were very friendly and accommodating. Great on-site, safe parking. Comfortable bed. Adequate kitchen. Close to London Bridge and breweries. Enjoyed the sunset cruise on Lake Havasu.

Simple, clean, comfortable, pretty quiet. A family enjoyed the pool in the afternoon, but I was able to swim laps in the morning. Only issue is the light switches for the main room/kitchen are on the far wall, and the switch next to the door doesn't do anything. The bathroom receptacle wasn't working, but I used one in the bedroom instead.
