Relax in a clean, renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath pool home in a quiet neighborhood. Mostly private backyard, with a large BBQ bar to enjoy after a fun day on the lake. Kitchen outfitted for a group of eight. Two Large living room couches including a hide-a-bed, 2 rocker recliners. King bed in Master with en-suite, luxurious walk-in rain shower and large walk-in closet. 2nd bedroom queen bed with large closet. 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. 2nd bathroom with jetted tub and rain shower. Two car garage with epoxy flooring with RV hookups and boat parking. Wi-fi, large TV with cable included. Perfect for the fishing, boating or vacationing families or couples. Relax in the private pool and barbecue on the grill after a fun day on the lake, at the beach or ATVing in the desert. Please note that this is a private swimming pool and does not have fencing for young children - heating the pool is an additional cost. No smoking and no pets please.

We stayed at this property for a week and everything was great. House was very clean and equipped with everything you need. Washer, dryer, toiletries, cleaning supplies, seasoning if you need it. Bbq outside. Garage was open and we were able to park both of our vehicles in. Pool was very refreshing after hot day by the lake. Jenifer and Sean are very pleasant to work with and they were checking on us to make sure we don’t have any issues. We definitely will stay at this house again Thank you Jenifer and Sean to sharing your house

Great comfortable home with everything you need and MORE

This home is so comfortable and well laid out. It is stocked with anything you could possibly want and need. You can pull your boat along side the house through locking gates and the driveway is flat with little slope with Lots of parking for several vehicles, and you have use of the garage. The beds are all comfortable and the bathrooms are well-stocked. The living area has comfortable seating and it a great lace to relax after a fun day on the water. The kitchen is very well stocked with spices, all the cookware and serving ware you could need for lots of people, and you feel like you’re at home. There’s plenty of seating to eat together with friends and family. The outdoor space is great. The seating is comfortable and is a great place to have coffee of a meal. There’s a bar top table and chairs and a couch, chair table combo to sit at. Of course the pool was great. We loved sitting outside having our morning coffee and listening to the quail come in for a drink. The neighborhood is quiet and in a good area. Maybe 10 minutes to the new Havasu Riviera Marina where we kept our boats and a 5 minute drive to the downtown area to bars and restaurants and 10 minutes to London Bridge. We would most definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this house to anyone that wants to be comfortable in every way.

This was an understated property. It was MUCH nicer than the pictures showed. Everything about this property was correct. Easy parking access if you have watercraft, responsive host, great location. Normally, these properties have cheap furniture and can be slightly worn out but this property had very nice furniture inside and out on the patio. Definitely going to rent this property again.

This was an amazing clean place. Pool was awesome. Only thing was the sofa bed in the small room needs to have the mattress replaced. Will definitely book again for out next outing to Havasu.
