The "So Fresh" deodorizing gadgets in both bathrooms are nauseating and so strong that they permeated through a ziploc bag I placed them in, even in the cabinet and needed to be put outside away from the exterior door to stop it from drifting inside. They smell like deodorizers that make toilet water blue times ten. Very unpleasant, headache inducing. Otherwise the place was great. I'll ask that they be removed prior to arrival in future.

This little apartment was a great size, new but no welcome book for wi-fi access as noted in “check-in” information from Evolve and the women’s contact information that was given never answered the phone when I called TWICE and she never called back, obviously knowing she had someone scheduled to stay 1/15 to 1/18/2026.Also, if you stay here, bring your kitchen with you or you won’t be able to really cook anything. I had to borrow a cookie sheet, a larger frying pan, large pot to cook noodles for spaghetti and a colander to drain the noodles. I always rent from Evolve when staying in Lake Havasu and have never rented a place with so little in the kitchen. But it was a cozy place to stay and I thank you for that and your prices are always fair!!!!!Thank you again, Evolve.
