"Flying Cloud Inn" Private hilltop escape, heated pool, " hot tub" w/view.

Great space for big families, large main bedroom has king size luxury bed with USB port built into the bed frame. Smart TV, luxury bathrobes. Room is very large with a private door to the covered patio and pool just steps outside.
2nd bedroom has a luxury queen bed with Smart TV, large hall bathroom is shared with third bedroom.
3rd bedroom has adult size bunk beds, Luxury queen mattress on bottom with twin on top, with games for the kids. There is a double air mattress for added guests.
Large great room with very comfortable sectional, 60" smart TV, Kitchen is perfect for family gatherings. Kitchen amenities include kurig, air fryer, blender, baking sheets, mixing bowls, mixer, bbq equipment and much more.
Beautiful brand-new outdoor patio set with umbrella for family dinners.
Very peaceful outdoor pool area, very private with forever views.

Great spot!!

We had a great stay at this property. The location is excellent—close to everything we needed but still peaceful with a beautiful view of the lake. The heated pool and hot tub were a great bonus, especially for relaxing in the evenings. The house had plenty of space for everyone, with lots of room for the kids to play both inside and out. It was a comfortable and enjoyable spot for our group, and we’d definitely consider staying here again.

Fall getaway

This property is just as advertised, wonderful layout for a family and kids. Fantastic views from the pool/hot tub, back patio area is great with enough seating and pool toys. The heated pool made all the difference for a November trip. The property is just a few minutes from ATV trails and the garage has plenty of space for your bikes/toys. Nicer kitchen tools than most rentals have made it easy to cook at home. Would absolutely stay here again!

The house is awesome, great backyard with the grill and pool. House is much bigger than the pictures show. Very clean as well, no complaints. Would definitely come back again. And I recommend visiting Tavern 95 close by for dinner - great food.

Very nice house with plenty of room. The backyard was the diamond with a heated pool and hot tub. We enjoyed many days of sun and panoramic views of the surrounding mountains from the yard.

My daughters and I enjoyed every part of the home. The safety for me was important. We felt we were secluded and secure. The house is a perfect fit for kids and adults looking to get away and still be a short drive from the lake/town. They have everything you would need at home. Can’t wait to come back!!

Great House for Nonboaters

The house was very clean and organized. View was great. Marcy was very communicative and friendly. Only drawback was the very steep driveway and no place to park a boat except the street. Perhaps we have just been spoiled by other properties that have boat parking in the garage.

Perfect hill top getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is bright and refreshing. The backyard is beautiful and offers something for everyone! The pool, hot tub, views (especially at sunset), landscape, and multiple seating arrangements allows for your own little desert oasis. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, and you're just a short drive away from the lake, trails, restaurants, and grocery stores- and coffee! The owner is responsive and friendly. She made us feel comfortable and welcomed during our stay. This is a property that is easily enjoyed, and you should not pass it up! We will choose this house again if the opportunity arises.

Great Lake Havasu rental especially with children

We had a great experience with this rental! From the moment we booked, Marcy was in constant communication with me! We had comcerns about where we would park our boat while there and she made sure to let me know that there is the perfect spot at the bottom of the driveway. She was always quick to get back to me. The house itself is very spacious, clean, has all the things you would need. If you have children its a wonderful rental for kids. There are bunk beds in a fun kids room. The bedding was all top notch. Best bedding we have ever had at a rental. Its the little things for me. Location also good! Close to the new lake havasu marina launch ramp and not too far from the london bridge. Beautiful view at sunset of the lake in the background. Would definitely stay again!

Our host Marcy was wonderful to work with as we did have a couple of contacts with her which she responded too like a champ and fast.
