Best Location in Havasu ON THE BEACH!

Beautifully decorated, fully furnished, 'King's View Resort' beach level condo on the first floor, just a few steps from the sand. Stunning, spectacular views of the London Bridge, the beach, the lake, and the channel, are seen from large windows, both master bedrooms, and the two covered patios. During the day, park your boat on the beach right in front of the condo!

Relax on the sand or patio, and enjoy the parade of boats in front of you. Step inside this well insulated dream condo and enjoy the peace and quiet of the condo with large smart TV. TVs are provided in both bedrooms as well.

There are only a few of these beach level units! They have larger kitchens than the upper units and have two master suites complete with large vanities with double sinks, ample storage, and sliding doors that lead to the covered furnished patios with ceiling fans.

The kitchen is fully appointed and has a breakfast bar that seats four.

Amenities include stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, microwave, fridge with ice maker and filtered water, dishwasher, full appointment of dishes, wine glasses, coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, washer, dryer, and electric barbecue. Comfortable beds in both bedrooms. Air mattresses, pump, sleeping bags for the kids are provided. Condo is supplied with toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish soap/sponge, bathroom soap, bath towels and linens.

Enjoy the heated pool (January through March) or step out to the sand to enjoy the lake. There are several boat launch ramps and rental companies just minutes away.

Stroll along the waterfront walkway to the English Village, London Bridge, marina, restaurants, theaters, and nightclubs, or walk across the bridge for more dining, entertainment, and shopping.

Signing renter must be 26 years old.

Family trip for sons 21st birthday

The condo was amazing. Well equipped, super clean, right on the beach, close to shops and food. Everything was as listed and we had a great time spending two days in the water. Our friends with a boat came right up to the beach in front and picked us up. We had the best time celebrating my sons birthday wand it was so nice to have such a nice place to stay. Will definitely come again.

This is by far the best condo at king's view. We came for our annual Havasu trip wirh friends and they couldn't believe how nice this condo was. The hosts are fantastic to work with and were quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely be back next year

Beautiful & Relaxing

Kingsview Condo is a perfect place to stay. Beautiful views, and relaxing. Able to walk to many places to eat, loved the walking path for morning walks. Our condo was clean and had just what you need for your stay. Cousins came to visit and with two master bedrooms and baths it is perfect. Hosts were great to work with and very friendly with lots of recommendations of where to eat and what to do. Great instructions for check in and checking out! Hope to be back someday!

Glorious trip to Lake Havasu

We have stayed here multiple times and this trip was just as grand as previous trips. The condo is in the perfect spot. First floor access to the beach and canal. Walking distance to In & Out!!!! Condo has all the amenities we needed. Great time!!!

Christmas in Havasu

We wanted to get out of town for Christmas as most of our family has passed on. This was the perfect getaway. Just a very short walk from the London Bridge which was festively decorated and lit. The complex where we stayed was very quiet as very few people were there for the holidays. The unit was perfect for two couples to relax.

Great location, clean, unit has been updated very tastefully, compared to the other units available in this complex. It is one of the nicer units with all the amenities to accommodate our group. Lake Havasu City King's condo

Wonderful stay. Well-designed condo, perfect for 2 couples. The unit was well stocked with paper products, coffee pods and dishwasher and dish washer detergent. This condo is in the perfect location for walking to the London Bridge area, boat and people watching. Several nice restaurants close by. The condo pool is the perfect size and location (2nd floor, lots of afternoon sun) for lounging and watching the boat traffic on the canal. We loved our stay in Kings View #106!

Love this condo and Karla is amazing

This is our second time staying here, it was just as amazing as the first. My husband and I have decided to make it a yearly thing for us to come and stay here. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Easy check in and check out. Clean, has everything you need, only thing we brought was toothbrushes and toothpaste. Everything they have covered. Location is the best on the channel.

The condo was fantastic! Felt new and clean and had all sorts of useful extras in the kitchen and bedrooms (extra blankets, mattresses for the kids, etc.). Split master floor plan is very convenient. Ground floor is great for access to the beach. Can't wait for next year! :)
