Loved January in Lake Havasu

Got to get away from northern Utah winter and be a “snowbird” for awhile. A comfortable “tiny home” (c. 600 sq. feet) that had everything I needed.

Amazing!

We loved this property! It was a beautiful home and the perfect location-so close to everything. We even walked down to the London Bridge. The hot tub was an added bonus and the neighbors were very friendly when we saw them. We will definitely try and stay here again if we visit the area.

Nice tiny home

We had a nice stay. We were here for 6 weeks, the property was well stocked except a few more pots/pans would have been nice. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable. The backyard isn’t very beneficial for a pet but it worked. The parking is very tight for an SUV. Just requires a little patience. The location is great. A little over a mile to the bridge which was nice. The check in/out process was smooth. There is a nice smart TV and a nice washer/dryer. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Excellent Stay!

My wife and I were in a pinch and needed a place for an extended stay. Justin was very accommodating and able to help us out for a couple of weeks. Cant speak highly enough of the renter and home!

Less is More

A Tiny House but perfect for a couple! Kitchen had most everything we needed (I always bring my own pans and utensils, etc but these things were available)Pretty secluded with easy access to the pool, hot tub and gas grills. The garage was decent size for our vehicle but a little awkward on entry and exit - tight but workable. Great location...easy access to hwy and grocery store as well as main street and London Bridge areas. We enjoyed our stay and hope it works out in the future, too! We used the pool nearly every day and the Hot Tub a few evenings! Nice, kind neighbors! Justin was awesome and quick to respond if we needed him.
