Guests will have full access to the entire property, with the exception of the garage. Parking is available in the driveway, which is deep enough to accommodate a boat, trailer, and multiple vehicles.



Please note that the property is located on a partial cul-de-sac on a hill. While limited overflow parking may be available, neighbors prefer minimal disruption, so we kindly request guests avoid parking in front of neighboring homes or blocking access to driveways.



Self-check-in is available via a keypad at the front door.

To get from McCarran International Airport to 1730 Peruvian Lane, Lake Havasu City, AZ, start by heading southeast on Paradise Rd toward E Tropicana Ave. Merge onto I-215 W and continue for about 8 miles. Take exit 12 for US-95 S toward Searchlight. Follow US-95 S for approximately 100 miles, then merge onto AZ-68 W toward Lake Havasu City. Continue for about 30 miles. Turn right onto Lake Havasu Ave N, then turn left onto Peruvian Ln. Your destination, 1730 Peruvian Lane, will be on the left.

To get from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport to 1730 Peruvian Lane, Lake Havasu City, AZ, start by heading west on E Sky Harbor Blvd. Merge onto I-10 W toward Los Angeles and continue for about 80 miles. Take exit 53B for I-17 N toward Flagstaff. After about 40 miles, take exit 288 for AZ-69 W toward Prescott. Continue on AZ-69 W, then merge onto AZ-93 N and follow it for about 100 miles. Turn left onto AZ-68 W toward Lake Havasu City. After about 15 miles, turn right onto Lake Havasu Ave N, then turn left onto Peruvian Ln. Your destination, 1730 Peruvian Lane, will be on the left.

Start at the Lake Havasu City Transit Hub. Take Route 1 Eastbound toward the London Bridge. Get off at the London Bridge & McCulloch Blvd stop. From there, transfer to Route 3 Southbound toward Lake Havasu Ave. Get off at the Lake Havasu Ave N & Peruvian Ln stop. Walk east on Peruvian Ln for about 0.2 miles until you reach 1730 Peruvian Lane. The total travel time is approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on bus schedules and walking speed
