Wake up every day to breathtaking panoramic views of the mountains, golf course, and river—your choice. The primary suite offers direct access to a covered patio for shaded morning coffee or a second large sun-soaked patio to fully take in the scenery. The ensuite bath includes a large walk-in shower, dual sinks, and a luxurious jetted tub—all finished in elegant tumbled stone. A generously sized walk-in closet completes this serene retreat.
The gourmet kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, including a built in microwave, and a large Sub Zero refrigerator. A designer faucet and stunning cabinetry with stainless steel hardware and soft-close mechanisms that add style and functionality. Enjoy both recessed and pendant lighting over the granite countertops and full granite backsplash. The centerpiece is a 48'' commercial-grade stainless steel double oven range—truly a chef's dream. A convenient half bath is located just off the kitchen.
This home can be rented in the winter at a 4 month minimum available December through the end of April. The pool and spa can be heated by natural gas (costs apply). Cap on Electric of $125 Cap on Natural gas $50. Sorry no pets. Offers a 2 car garage with rental.
