Nicest staff there. Especially Mel. They renovated bottom floors too 2 are still 1980's motif but clean. Hot tub was not working but pool was. Great location.

Seemed like room was dark even with all lights on. Kitchen area had no overhead light. Also, kitchen was lacking even the simplest utensils like forks, knives spoons paper towels; not to mention even a saucepan or frying pan. Ice machine was broken, though they did have bagged ice in the lobby and a refrigerator in the room. Layout of room seemed a bit odd. Only one chair. One would assume with a king bed there might be two people.

the room was ok however it was so hot the AC unit barely blew air we had to keep the window open the entire stay, there were so many bugs it was really gross! there is no phone in the rooms but it did have a fridge, dishwasher, and sink that was nice, the bathroom was ridiculously small! Front desk ladies were so so sweet! that’s a plus! i give this place a 4/10.

Loved the place ,would definitely stay there again. Only isue was some mold on bathroom shower ( looked like a previous leak, not fixed properly),the tv was stuck on one chanel. But staff was very nice ,place was peaceful, room had balcony and beautiful view,location was perfect!

When I got to my room it was not the room I had reserved. I went back to the desk to get a room like I reserved. They did not have any rooms with a king available. They said they were very busy that weekend. I stated that is why I made reservations a month in advance for a king bed room. I ask what happened to my reserved room and was told "I don't know". After further looking and a lot of conversation they finally gave me a king room on a different floor that had not been remodeled yet. The fridge in the room was so noisy we had to unplug it so we could sleep. There was NO hot water to take a shower. The TV in our room did not work. This was a bad experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

Great budget stay
Hotel is in great location with plenty of parking. Rooms are no frills but lean and comfortable. Added bonus of fridge and microwave. Would stay there again. Could use better coffee and creamer

The property was not horrible but super outdated with dirty walls, old small beds, nasty carpet. We had a towel wrapped around the patio light and a dirty chair outback on the patio. It wasn’t bad for a cheaper stay but it was not the greatest. I wouldn’t stay there again. It needs updating for sure. Especially the bathrooms.

Gross!!! Not clean at all. Hair all over the bathroom, carpet super dirty, water damage, black mildew covering the inside of the fridge. I should have just left but I went to the store and bought some cleaning supplies and cleaned what I could. Luckily I brought my sleeping bags and did not sleep in the bed just on it. Do not recommend!!

When you check in to this property, thoroughly check out your room. Make sure everything works. Because if it doesn't, lip service will be your consequence. Both day and night staff have received lip service training. In the 3 days I was there, I brought shortcomings up to staff . . . evening, noon and night. I am still waiting on the maintenance man to arrive.

Clean room, kitchenette unit but no amenities with it. There was no dishes or even cups provided. Had to go buy a kettle to boil water. The bed is hard and could use an upgrade. If you need wifi then stay away from here. Didn’t connect at all in the room and barely had signal in the lobby.

As far as the amenities for the kitchen- we do have utensils, pots and pans,plates and cups and silverware available at the front desk for use! We are unable to keep these items in each room due to theft. And the wifi- a problem we are currently working on. The lobby typically has good reception-when the weather is weird, though, it affects this greatly. While these are not excuses, I just wanted to provide a little clarification. If thee is anything I can assist with or you would like to give us another try, please call me directly! I strive greatly to provide great stays for our guests.

Convenient Location to the London Bridge. Their are 2 many things to list that I did not like. The room was dirty, found dust on certain furniture items. I did not have any wash cloths in the bathroom. The room had an odor to it. When you entered the room ,I turned on the light switch to illuminate the room, the light fixture was missing from the wall and all I can see when I turned on the lamp was a hole in the wall with exposed wiring. This place is outdated, my tub was dirty with stains, it also looked like someone had ripped the shower bar off the wall and then was repaired very poorly. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay come here, but I will not be coming back.

Old not new Except for the 1st and 2nd floors
The price of the hotel was cheap. Understand why. The first and second floors were remodeled but I was stationed on the third floor, which was the older floor and was not remodeled. The toilet was small, like for a small kid, The rug and drapes were old. The paint was old. and needed to be remodeled. Suppose you're going to put somebody in A. cheap room after you advertise for a newly remodeled. You should tell somebody because you're getting a cheap room for $69. and it's not remodeled. Otherwise, it was a place to lay my head.

We pick it because it was dog friendly and we were on our way home from a long road trip . Everything was fine until night time and the noise from a bar down the street was so loud it shook the building until 11 o’clock at night. We should’ve known Lake Havasu City is a big party town not a place to go for a little quiet. The staff was great. Try to explain, and the rooms are clean, but I would not stay there again.

No HOT TUB, not working!
I wanted a Hot tub and pool. Well, when i checked in, I asked if the hot tub was working. No the heater is broke. I asked, when will it be fixed? We hope by Thanksgiving. No offer of any compensation. How can you advertise, a hot tub if it is not working. Also, the TV in the room was not working either, they fixed that in an hour. Please check that everything is working prior to making a reservation.
