Property has a great location. Front staff was nice and fast check in. Rooms are in decent shape. Chair in room did have some stains on it. View is great. Food was good at The Turtle Grill. I would return....Hopefully with my boat next time.

I would not stay at other hotels in Lake Havasu because the Nautical Beachfront Resort has everything you are there for. The beach where we launch our kayak daily, and the infinity pool where our kids spend a lot of time. And the views of the lake, AMAZING! The staff there were friendly and welcoming. We will be back!

Loved walking out the door and having lake access. Rooms are spacious with nice size fridge but do need a little updating, otherwise was a joyful experience with my fur babies

Room was older and front desk staff was slow to requests and not so friendly. Bar staff and security were very friendly and helpful with area tips. Location is wonderful and pool is great for families.
