"Sonesta Select Boca Raton has been my go to hotel for 4 years while my son has attended FAU, its location is convenient, the staff is awesome and the rooms are spacious. Usually I book thru a third party as it makes it more affordable. This trip just seemed a little different though, the pool was dirty, nobody bothered to clean it the day after some bad rain storms and the screen in my window was so dirty with grass that I couldn't even tell if the sun was shining. One of the front desk staff told me that they're under new management when I brought these issues to them. I will give it another shot on my next visit in December and hopefully this was a one time mess up."
