"The stay was good, however when I arrived, it took at least 5 mins for staff to appear from the back and when I was leaving staff members were talking and took a while to acknowledge me. "

"There was no hot water for the entire hotel during our stay and we couldn’t even shower!"

"No front desk at all to ask for anything the place look outdated and the air conditioner doesn’t work "

"It smelt like an animal shelter, it’s nice stores around. But the place is a Duck Off! It was a man and woman hopping the wall.. the entrance to the room is outside. Felt Very unsafe. 10 outta 10 Don’t Recommend! I had kids. Didn’t Chance It! "

"The rooms are nothing like the pictures. I was told those are old pictures we need to update them. There was supposed to be a jetted bathtub in the room, there was no bathtub in the room at all. I got downgraded to a room that was supposed to have a jetted bathtub, it had a bathtub no Jets. There were ants and other bugs in the room. Could hardly get Door Number One open to get in the building first thing I saw was a register/heater ducts hanging half out of the wall. Overall not impressed!"

"Staff made accommodations for my child with autism. Made sure we had a ground floor room so he could run without disturbing other guests. Very appreciative of this. Great stay as always. "
