This hotel is located in the absolute perfect place to visit Lucerne.
The balcony is the best place to have your morning coffee or your after dinner drink and look out over the amazingly gorgeous water in the canal and the promenade across the way.
The staff was extremely helpful and dealt with our rental car upon check-in
The hotel is literally steps away from the places where we chose to visit for morning, croissants, or traditional, Swiss fondue.
The hotel is very old and has all of the charm you would expect yet has been modernized
