"Great view location above Lake Lucerne with easy access to old town center and train station approx 10 to 15 minute walk. Hotel gives a free transit pass for the central core during your stay. Old world class hotel, excellent breakfast (extra but worth it). Only downside is there is no central air conditioning but have portable air conditioners in the rooms."
