Very comfortable. We loved your pillows.

We wanted an escape from the lockdown of Geneva and chose Lucerne for a long weekend. The guest reviews persuaded us in the direction of Cascada and we could not have been happier. It was all done with a lot or care and love! Kind service, lovely food, nice rooms and small gestures which I so appreciated such as a free mini bar or pay per hour late check out. Great hotel with very thoughtful upscale design. Nice bar. The river view is spectacular. Convenient location, good for the Christmas market and walkable to the train station. Can’t say enough good things. We loved it.

Clean and comfortable room,

Fabulous stay, staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was spotless, breakfast was good too...a nice selection of everything. Two minute walk from the train station, and perfectly located for the city. Would highly recommend.
