Fairway Villa 1002 at Rumbling Bald

Perched on a hillside above Bald Mountain Golf Course, this well-furnished townhouse-style condo offers two bedrooms and two and a half baths. The first floor features a cozy living room with a queen sleeper sofa and a new 48" Smart TV. The U-shaped kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and an adjoining half bath and laundry room. A back deck with comfortable seating provides a serene space to enjoy the mountain views. Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a king bed, queen bed, private bathroom, and a private balcony. The second loft bedroom has two queen beds and an adjacent bathroom. The condo offers dedicated WiFi and additional sitting areas with beautiful mountain views. Across the street, a common area with picnic tables and grills is available for guests.

Your stay includes full access to all the amenities including the private beach, three pools, spa and sauna, water sports, golf courses, restaurants, and more! Take a lake cruise, go golfing for the day, hang out at the lakefront beach, take a dip in one of the pools, or enjoy the endless activities at the Wellness/rec center and spa. Pontoon boat and SUP rentals available during the Summer. Enjoy the 18-hole mini-golf course, shooting hoops on the full-sized basketball court, or playing, cornhole, pickleball, and Tennis.

The Spa and Salon at Rumbling Bald offers a complete menu of treatments that range from salon services, skin, and nail care to soothing massages. The gift shop features locally made gifts including apparel, beauty products, organic soaps and lotions. The fitness center has state-of-the-art equipment and weekly fitness classes. All year long you can take advantage of the upgraded indoor pool area featuring a large, heated pool, jacuzzi, dry sauna, and steam room. All properties come with starter supplies, linens, and towels.

This condo is located inside Rumbling Bald near the Bald Mountain Golf Course. It is very close to the main amenities, and some have views of Bald Lake. Rented Golf Carts can easily be driven to these condos.
